Filla Dey respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this site to do the same. We respond promptly to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998.
This page explains how copyright holders can request removal of content they believe infringes their rights, and what happens after a notice is submitted.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material available on filladey.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@filladey.com that includes the following information. Under the DMCA, your notice must include substantially all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including a description of the work and, where possible, a copy or link to the original.
• Identification of the infringing material, including the exact URL(s) on filladey.com where the material is located, so we can locate it efficiently.
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that are missing this information may result in delays, as we may need to request the missing details before we can process the claim.

What Happens After You Submit a Notice

Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice, we typically:

1. Review the notice for completeness within 1–2 business days
2. Remove or disable access to the identified material if the notice is valid
3. Notify the user who posted the material, where applicable
4. Keep a record of the notice and action taken for compliance purposes

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notice must include:

• Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and phone number
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
• Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

Filla Dey reserves the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, in accordance with our obligations under the DMCA.
